Fairplay is an international arts and culture consultancy founded by Anlam de Coster Arslanoglu.

Delivered three big scale exhibitions on time and on budget during the 2013-2014 season: "'Neighbors" (35 artists from 17 countries including Slavs and Tatars and Hayv Kahraman), "Plurivocality" (17 artists from Turkey including Cevdet Erek and Hussein Chalayan) and "One Hundred Years of Love", an archival exhibition exploring the relationship between Turkish cinema and its audiences

Programmed and coordinated Istanbul Modern's 10th anniversary special projects, including a site-specific commission from Sarkis

Organized a series of 8 talks with the directors of leading UK museums such as Tate Modern or Turner Contemporary in partnership with the British Council

Conceived a platform to bring contemporary artists and designers with craftsmen to reinterpret and revive extinct Turkish crafts and secured funding for the project from Istanbul Development Agency

As the only Turkish coordinator working in France, led all aspects of the rich program of the Season including the coordination of major events such as the “From Byzantium to Istanbul - One port for two continents” exhibition at the Grand Palais, and “Sarkis-Passages” exhibition at the Centre Pompidou

Developed the program, executed the production, and monitored the budget (€30M) of the Season across various disciplines: contemporary art, architecture, design, cultural heritage, classical music, jazz, cinema, contemporary dance, theater, literature, academic debates, and diplomatic exchanges
